    Change Username Alphabetization

Are the potential dangers as bad as MS make them out to be or is it that easy to @*^% up? "may require you to reinstall Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server, Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, or both Windows and Exchange" is stronger...

    Change Username Alphabetization

I cant imagine why usernames are alphabetized by first name instead of last name in AD. Kind of a pain. But whats worse is Exchange picks that up in the GAL. Is there a way to change it so usernames are alphabetized by last name? Thank you. Thank you very much.

There is no user-level security in Access 2007" I thought I copied that right out of a MSKB article, but I cant find it now. Maybe I just paraphrased from: "User-level security does not exist in an .accdb file" http://support.microsoft.com/kb/918583 But Blue Horizon is correct about the...

    Admin Paranoia/Too Careful?

While browsing files and folders on the NT4 PDC/file server in prep for moving data to Windows Server 2003 network, I noticed something odd. A number of files and folders show last modified dates of "12/31/99 7:00 PM". The odd part is one file in particular that I know wasnt on that server until...

    user-level security in Access 2007

There is no user-level security in Access 2007. I guess thats done with the integration of Sharepoint and its security. Is it ok to leave the back end in the old format and use the 2007 front end? Thank you. Thank you very much.
