I am running into an issue where my customer has upgraded his PC to Win 7 64 bit (IE8) and is trying to listen to the wav files from the Contact Store interface and the sound is not coming through.
IPO is 3.2(69)
Contact store (Not sure but the version was current whent installed 4 years...
Also, It seems as though when I plug a new phone in, it is causing other phones to display "please wait" and then the existing phone restarts and is works fine.
I have the PC that Manager is installed on as the TFTP server specified. I also have manager open when I plug in the phone. What else can I do to downgrade the phones?

I just had a customer that purchased the 5420D Rel 5 phone sets for his IPO 3.1.56 system. When a phone is plugged up, the phone comes up and displays "please wait" and does not do anything else.
Is there a compatibilty issue with this release of IPO software?

On my BCM 1000 4.0 with a PRI, I am getting a fast Busy or recording stating "all circuits are busy" When dialing in. When the DTI is disabled and re-enabled inbound calls resume for about 20 minutes then go down. All the while I never loose the ability to dial out.

So no chance to recoup the old sys ID? The old sys ID, of course, had a PRI enabler key code associated.
Any way to have a new generated without having to repurchase? We still have the old sys ID and the 24 didget keycode noted.

I think I will add an extra extension to each group, add the DN's to the alternate extension and get the light to light up when there is a message in the Group mailboxes.
