Contact Store Win 7 64 Bit

All,

I am running into an issue where my customer has upgraded his PC to Win 7 64 bit (IE8) and is trying to listen to the wav files from the Contact Store interface and the sound is not coming through.

IPO is 3.2(69)
Contact store (Not sure but the version was current whent installed 4 years ago)

I think you need to upgrade the contact store.
There is a newer version which support windows 7

sadly it's not. you need to be running 5.0 or higher to run contactstore 7.8
