    Ghosting problem - DHCP

First thing I would be doing in your place, would be to swap over to internal IPs and get a larger range (192.168.x.y /16 /24) can give you 65,000 / 256 IPs. Though I'm pretty sure you can make a dhcp range in the multicast server of Ghost, though it has been a while since I've looked into it.

Server dropping off the network randomly

Have you tried changing NICs? Or testing the state of the hub/switch that you are ocnnecting them through. CCNA or CCDA

My 2 cents.... CCNA first. I started studying the CCDA and there were huge gaps of knowledge that I was lacking, nothing I had in the CCDA notes contained what I needed, on a whim I checked the CCNA reference notes and discovered what I needed. CCNA covers the basics you are assumed to know for...

Oh Dear, I have Just Erased Flash - Please Help!

I'd suggest contacting TAC, or your ISP to see if they can supply an updated IOS version. If you've retained and backed up your running config even getting mheianna to send you the image might be an idea. One thing though, if you don't want your ISP to find out, see what documentation you and...
