Windows server UNREACHABLE outside of our network (not firewall)

We've recently set up a Windows 2003 server, but cannot figure out why it is completely unreachable from outside of our local network, and I can assure that it is not a firewall issue. The line from our ISP leads into a switch, that connects to our servers (the win2k3 server, a winnt 4.0...

the memory seems ok, it boots into a linux livecd fine, and ive ran several diagnostics (MEMTEST86+, etc). ive switched out the hard drive, and nothing. i think ive found the problem though. during POST, it prints out the devices and their respective addresses (i guess on the IRQ or the bus)...

Windows won't boot - ACPI error message

well, I reset the CMOS, but the problem is persisting. I've run a couple of bootable linux diagnostic CDs, and they start up fine, the problem only occurs with windows. i'm thinking mabye the problem is the hard disk, or the IDE cable for the disk.

yes, SP4 is installed, along with all relevant security updates. i also ran seagate's seatools online diagnostic program, and the drive itself tested out perfectly fine, but on a filesystem test, it gave me the error that it couldnt find a filesystem... i figure if i can just recover the data...

160gb hdd inaccessible after switching mobos...

seems ive been asking for help here a lot lately. :) anyway, i just switched motherboards (from a SOYO brand), where i was using a 120gb seagate as my primary master (running win2k), and a 160gb seagate as my primary slave. on the new mobo (an ASUS), i'm using a 70gb ibm as primary master...

Can't boot up in new case...

I bought a new case for my computer and moved everything over, and now when I hook it up and hit the power switch, nothing happens except the blue LED fan on my power supply flashes for a moment (but doesnt spin up) and an LED on my motherboard lights up (marked cryptically in the mobo manual as...
