I have created a user who is able to ftp in to a folder in W2K3 Entreprise using DOS, however the very same user is not even able to login through IE. I have given the user full permision to the folders in IIS, however I am getting the following message:

I have done what you have recomended, but unfortunately nothing works, any other ideas?
The mouse is not able to click anything in the CDE e.g: help, start over, etc.

Is there any file or script that can help me to solve the following issue?
My keyboard is operational at the ok prompt, but as soon as the station boots up the keyboard becomes inactive, one cannot type a single thing.
