The reason why it did not archive is because of my email's modified date. Archiving is based on modified date not receive date.

Okay, er...if they atttach the file, its with a *.eml extension. When I open the eml, and right click on the picture, they do give the option as save as..does that help? :P

In Outlook Ekspress, there is a feature to 'bar' off any attachment that is suspected to be a virus.
To disable that function, goto
1. Tools ->Options -> Security.
2. Uncheck the 'Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could be potentially a virus'...
