Outlook 2000 cannot do archiving?

Previously my Outlook 2000 does manual/auto-archive. But nowadays it doesn't.

1. I tried to go to File-Archive and do a manual archive for emails older than 1st march 2003. It runs very fast (on the right-bottom there is an indication bar) but when I re-checked my mail dates, it doesn't archive at all. All my mails are still in my mail inbox. (Yes, I pointed the manual archive pst folder to somewhere else..its not the default outlook.pst)

2. I tried to uninstall and reinstall Outlook 2000. Tried manual archive again. It doesn't work!

3. This time I tried manual archive for email dated TODAY. It still doesn't archive. It will only archive, if I put the date to be after today..which defeats the purpose of archiving.

So far, it happened on 2 PC's.
Mine : Win2000Pro + Outlook 2000
Another person : WinXPHomeEdition + Outlook 2000

What else can I check or do to find out what went wrong?
Anybody else have this problem? Seems like it only happens on Outlook 2000.

Oo..nevermind, just to share with all of you the answer.

The reason why it did not archive is because of my email's modified date. Archiving is based on modified date not receive date.
