I just setup Symposium Web Client 4.2 and everything seems good except I built a private Agent display and added the Not Ready Reason collumn, but it doesn't display any data. I've been trying some of codes and no go, Any ideas?

Do you have to have secondary IVR or does Symposium's basic IVR functions allow for this?

I see that option, but it seems silly to want to retransmit to a fax machine from Callpilot when the fax could have just been sent to the machine directly. I have a couple of employees whose job would be easier if their callpilot faxes would spit out on the their printers. I guess I'll have to...

Ok, I am trying to set up the network backup but I keep getting authentication errors stating invalid user and password. Is there a way I can set the accounts it uses for the net backup?

Systems like Rightfax and the like have features where they can have incoming faxes automatically output to a network printer. Is there a way to make Callpilot do this?

We have the callpilot server 201i running Callpilot 2.01. Our vendor never set this unit up to any backup solution. I haven't found anything good in the manuals so I was hoping somebody could recommend a good solution. Any advice would be helpful. Ken

I just clean installed the OS on one the boxes I was having issues with installed the client and ran the PEP you supplied. After my first tests, I haven't see the error yet. Looking good!

Hey I am having and issue with my Not Ready Codes on my I2004 sets showing two digits for every one keypress. I able to get some info from a TAC guy who said there's a patch MPLR16943 out there that corrects it, but is having a real hard time finding it. Anyone else heard of this?

Was it a new installer for the client or PEP loaded into the Symposium Server itself?

In my 11C's we use both the PRI cards and TMDI cards. TMDI supports D channel and the other does not is how it was explained to me.

It must be something with this new MIRAN3 card we just put in the other day, since thats the Item on 15 and the other is a I2004 sets.
