I have an issue with an XEL XSP-100 shark in the central office. The company has gone out of business and there is no tech support i can find. please advise or send any info you may have on programming one of these sharks for use in the central office to work with one in the field. Thanks

For the record, The main hard drive was corrupted and the BCM failed to switch over to the redundant one. This was a new install(in the last 35 days) and nortel considered it an out of box failure.

I just installed a BCM 400 running 4.0. i have programmed to have the unified messaging working to outlook 2003. When you fax their fax did, it answers with fax tones, but, the customer is not receiving the fax. Anyone have an idea what i could have missed???

Thanks for the reply. i printed out the installation manual and in the manual, there is a point where it asks for the server name or TCP/IP address. i understand that this is the BCM ip, in my case, the 10.10.10.1 default address. There is no networking, so i left the SMTP/VPIM address...

First time installing one and trying to get the bcm to recognize the DTM. It doesn't and i verified that the dipswitches are set correctly. The system is a 400 4.0 and is in a 2/6 split. bus 2 is a dsm 32, bus 3 is a 4X16, bus 5 is a GASM 8 and i have the dtm on bus 7. can anyone give me a...
