Does anyone know if there is a way to retrieve a deleted voicemail from voicemail pro and save it again in the voicemail box?

maybe on the VMPro server.

C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\Accounts\

Or if u use voice to email maybe you have luck there.

Otherwise it is gone.

thanks for the tip. i have looked there already and found the wav file, but cannot put it back thru drag and drop or copy and paste. for some reason it will not go in the box.

You could try to turn off intuity mode in VMPro or stop the VMPro services.

take a look in the text files in the messages folder, make only changes in them if the vm service is stopped
