fax to mailbox

I just installed a BCM 400 running 4.0. i have programmed to have the unified messaging working to outlook 2003. When you fax their fax did, it answers with fax tones, but, the customer is not receiving the fax. Anyone have an idea what i could have missed???

What is your clocking set to on the PRI? If the clocking isn't right that could cause issues with fax transmission/reception.

it is set to external clock as the primary.
