we want to connect via HDX to a 9i database, but wanted to make sure that it is ok to install the oracle ODBC driver AND the Oracle client on the SCCS Server

In the master script, can I route a call to a CDN with a priority? Or to a primary application Script with a priority?
I want calls that come in from a particular CDN to have a higher priority in the queue than other calls, without having the calls go to a different skillset.

We had this with our Octel. We have xfer mailboxes setup with the same mailbox # as the CDN, because the octel will look at digits dialed (8008) and not the number that it is being xferred to
The xfer mailbox will forward to our actual mailbox (in your case 8208)
