Is anyone out there using LCD monitors for displaying Symposium call stats in their call centers? We are looking at using LCD monitors instead of wallboards/displays. Just curious to see if anyone is using LCD's and how they are working for you. Thanks!

We installed several large screen lcd monitors to display selected portions of WebCilent RTD's once you get the font to fit the screen they work very well.

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for the response. What size LCD's are you using? Do you have any tips on the connection to the Web Client or set-up?

We don't use web client, but GRTD. We have an old machine at the end of each bank of desks with 15" TFT's so each team can see them.
As an overview we have a Projector displaying a 20' image on a plain wall. Does the job nicely.

We have 3 40" NEC LCD monitors connected to 3 pcs in a back room running GRTD and it works Great!

the only pain is if the pc reboots or crashes, it's a bit of a hassle to bring up all of the numbers again.

we are using the billboards to display each piece of information and not the public table displays.
