Where do I see this basic CDR? is it on a extension by extension basis? I'm trying to track calls incoming/outgoing per DN...
On another note, what are the recommended 3rd party products?
Thanks.

Is there a way to produce weekly/monthly reports from the BCM to show what calls an extension/DN made, basically a report of all activity for individual DNs?
How do I get to it? and can I have the system email it to an address?
Thanks.

In the Call center, I have all lines being answers by the AA after 2 rings. Is that what you mean by have the trunks being turned on?
How do I put all lines on one phone? how do I dial a certain extension from a phone? I have just been changing the Pool to test outgoing calls, so I could...
after doing more testing.....
I have 8 total POT lines on a GATM-8 MBM.
4 POT lines work great - 2 on each module (063,064,069,070) all work fine
The other 4 POT lines don't respond and aren't picked up by the Auto-Attendant. I call each one of them, they just ring and ring and ring. All 8...
Actually... I added 2 more physical lines, so both the modules are full, 4 POT lines each, set as Loop, on Bus 7.
The lines on module 1... 061-064 are working great. The lines on module 2, 069-072, don't pick up and ring forever. How do I enable module 2 and have auto-attendent answer them? All...
I tried that... there are no physical lines actually wired in to 071,072... tho i moved those 2 lines to pool B.
Of the 6 Pool A lines, only the 4 in Module 1 are answered via Auto-Attendent.
Any other thoughts?
How do I disable unused lines on a GATM card? I have 4 active physical(POT) lines on the first module, Bus 7, module 1, set for Loop.
On Module 2, I have 2 active physical(POT) lines. How do I disable lines 071,072 to get it to work? Lines 069,070 don't even pickup via auto-attendent.. what do...
I have 6 POT lines coming into to my GATM card, Bus 7. The 4 lines in module 1 work great. The 2 lines in module 2 don't connect into the system, it just rings indefinitely when calling in.
I have both modules set as Loop. How can I get module 2 working?
If I try and call another extension, I never reach their voicemail.. The phone rings and then i get a message "User is not available"
How do I fix this?
External calls reach voicemail fine.

so from what i can see, as i dial different phone numbers of the 6 public lines.. the hunt group works with some and not with the rest. Any reasoning on that?
Also... when using Linear, it rings the second member of the group always and then bounces to the first member. And if nobody picks up...
I'm trying to set up a 3 person hunt group.
Person 1: DN 250
Person 2: DN 251
Person 3: DN 252
I want all incoming calls to go to DN 250 and bounce if busy/bounce after 2 rings to DN 251 and so on.. and at the end dump to a voicemail.
I'm in Services->Telephony Services->Hunt groups
I select...
I have the network setup where a Win2k3 server runs the DHCP, and I have all of the special "Scope Options" set. My access points,2330's, are managed by a 2380 Wlan Security Switch. I also have the 2245 Telephony Manager set up in the same subnet. The SSID has clear authentication and computers...
I have put them in Pool A.. what about assigning lines to DNs and such? I want to forward all calls to the first assigned DN..
Another thing.. I am running everything from access points, the 2330 running off of a WLAN 2380(10.0.0.20) security switch. I have the Telephony manager(10.0.0.2)...
I am working with a BCM 400 3.7 with a single GATM card, 6 POT lines, all phones are wireless.
I have the GATM card installed on BUS 7; it's enabled as a Trunk module with 2 modules and 0 busy ports.
I am trying to get past this part and set up the lines. On Modules 1 and 2, I have set the...
