Don't know if this helps, but I usually set-up my paging route for Manu=yes and then there is a disconnect timer you can implement to auto-drop the trk after the timer expires. Not by the books so can't give the prompt right now.

Ended up having to call for help...Turns out you have to install "MyCallPilot" software first and then load the CallPilot Reporter software. Also loaded the software on a different machine for the Web-server with the 2000 server OS so I could use for MyCallPilot web access.
