Extending Callpilot SDN out going message 1

I have an Option 11 with callpilot. In callpilot on the SDN's can you make the out going message longer than the 30 sec. as I need to use all 9 number's , option's 1 thourgh 9.

Anyone have any info on extending the message length for the SDN in callpilot, we need to use all 1-9 prompts and 30 sec isn't long enough.

Try System --> Messenging Options ---> Greeting Length

My Callpilot doesn't have these prompts
(Try System --> Messenging Options ---> Greeting Length)

It is Callpilot Manager 02.01.27.09 connected to Callpilot Server, 10.1.6.9, Release 02.01.27 On an Option 11C.

I have System but under that is
Server settings
Backup/Restore
Service Directory Number
Alarm Monitor
Event Browser
Performance Monitor
OM Configuration

It's the Service Directory Number that I'm tying to make greeting longer.

Could it be under Messaging->Messaging Management->Maximum prompt size?
