I think it's because on your network you have certain services runing with domain administrator account.

A few thoughts here: Do you have a DHCP on the new network? When you point PC on old network to use DNS on new domain, did you change the IP address on the old PC? Is your new domain still a NT4 domain? ...

Did you try the last known good configuration? Did you go to safe mode and remove the installed update?

Three lines on screen is actially correct. I also want to have three lines (instead of two) when print. If the graphic driver is poor, should it still show three lines on screen? I tried to print the embedded excel object separately from Excel, the problem remains the same.

Thanks for your reply. To me, the display settings is not suppose to effect printing. Instead, it may has impact on how the document is shown on screen. Because it's Word controls the layout and send the format information to printer driver. ^_^
