Move Windows 2003 DHCP database to Windows 2000 serevr

I am wondering if there is a procedure to achieve this. I need to do this in order to replace the current DHCP server on Windows 2003 server with a Windows 2000 server.

Hmm, I'm not sure if you can move the database downlevel or not. You might look at this article for ideas though:

You can also search the MS knowledgebase for move dhcp. Any reason why you're not moving it to another 2003 server?

Thanks for your reply. DHCP on Windows 2003 was a temporary setup an now I need to set it up permanently on a Windows 2000 server.
