We had a similar issue and it ened up being a firewall issue. Watch you firewall logs during a call and you'll see what ports are being denied.

There is an option on Meridian BLFs (BSF) that allows you to see if an extension is busy and it also works like a transfer key. Does anyone have experience or know how to make this work on a Meridian SL 100?

If you go into terminal's and Sets, then Line access, look under answer DNs to add the appearance.

To add a phone line to a station, you need to go into config and then Termianls and Sets. From there you will need to go into line access then line assignment. Enter the line number and have it appear or appear and ring on the phone.

This may seem simple, but I've made this mistake before. Press Feature *0, then the intercom key to verify that the station is actually 248. I've made the assumption before and it was just labeled incorrectly.
