a customer is experiencing a problem when they access their VM remotely. If there are no messages it says " You have NO NO NO NO NO new messages" there is no specific pattern to this only that it happens when there are no messages. Any Ideas?

Thanks for the reply's. I finally got it to work. The problem was I had modem enabled for analog trunk 1. This is not supposed to do this apparently. Could be another little bug in the system (2.0 (18))
When we call in on a Analoge trunk Site A and direct calls (Incoming call route)to the main hunt group on Site B the call is being held. The only way to pick up the call is to take the call off hold. We also tried forwarding to an Ext and it holds the call rather then connecting to voicemail...

I don't totally understand what you mean, I kind of do but just a little fuzzy. Could you break it down a little more please. How would I set this up thru the Hunt group to be directed to AA in VM PRo?
I am installing a IP 403 system and the customer wants all incoming calls to ring 3 times to reception and then go to AA. I know how to get it to go directly to AA in Incoming call route (*90) or to the main hunt group but not to both.
Please help!
