I know I can't go directly from 3.0 to 7. Does anyone have a simple explantion of the upgrade path to do this? With the understanding that 3.0 is a one piece cartridge and 4.1 and above is a 2 piece. Thanks in advance

We installed it on 3 other PC's in the office with no problem. The PC that has the problem has the Visual Call Manager program running from a company called convertec. Were suspecting this may be conflicting. Any ideas?

We installed the keycodes, read the instuctions 3-4 times. We you start outlook nothing happens.

Just installed the unified messaging on our CP100 2.5. Loaded the files off the CD. But no nortel logon comes up in outlook?? Any ideas?? No errors came up when installing?
