the startup profile fails. The system never fully comes up the status lights stays flasing red. I assume this is because I'm putting a R1 drive into an R2 box. Any suggestions???

I know I can't go directly from 3.0 to 7.
Does anyone have a simple explantion of the upgrade path to do this? With the understanding that 3.0 is a one piece cartridge and 4.1 and above is a 2 piece.

We installed it on 3 other PC's in the office with no problem.
The PC that has the problem has the Visual Call Manager program running from a company called convertec.
Were suspecting this may be conflicting.
Any ideas?

The call pilot is actually a cp100 ver 2.1.06.00
Outlook version is outlook 2000 sp-3 9.0.0.6627
The cp is connected to our network as we can do admin across the network.
The only trouble shoot we have tried is:
1. uninstalling the unified messaging software and...
Just installed the unified messaging on our CP100 2.5. Loaded the files off the CD. But no nortel logon comes up in outlook?? Any ideas?? No errors came up when installing?
