Just installed the unified messaging on our CP100 2.5. Loaded the files off the CD. But no nortel logon comes up in outlook?? Any ideas?? No errors came up when installing?

did you install keycodes?

7 months until ski season starts...sadly i must resign myself to the warmer weather"this will include a normal 8-5 work day, 5 days a week"

We installed the keycodes, read the instuctions 3-4 times. We you start outlook nothing happens.

there is no CP 2.5 (as far as i know)
lotsa missing details -
what os/ what version of outlook, can your PC 'see' the CP?
post details of troubleshooting u have tried

Sorry for being so vague.

The call pilot is actually a cp100 ver 2.1.06.00
Outlook version is outlook 2000 sp-3 9.0.0.6627

The cp is connected to our network as we can do admin across the network.

The only trouble shoot we have tried is:
1. uninstalling the unified messaging software and reinstalling it
2. Rebooting the cp100
3. Rebooting the computer
4. reading the docs again
It hard to trouble shoot when no errors come up.

Thanks

We installed it on 3 other PC's in the office with no problem.

The PC that has the problem has the Visual Call Manager program running from a company called convertec.

Were suspecting this may be conflicting.

Any ideas?

Do you have the CTA connect to this PC?? That may be using the resources.

The VCM is a good product... I would contact convertec and ask their tech support people.
