There are many things to consider and more than 1 way to restrict calls on a Meridian. It can use ncos tgar cls and frl I suggest you call a Meridian tech that has done this for a while before you create 1 heck of a mess with your bars.
Make sure that MARP is activated. If you ext appears on more than one phone and MARP is not activated it can cause a lot of headaches. However if this system has been in place a long time and you activate MARP it can really cause problems. Is the ext on more than 1 phone and is MARP activated?
