Problem with Call Waiting

I set up KEY 02 CWT on a 2008. Whe the user is on the phone, he doesn't get the call on his KEY 02 and the caller gets a busy signal. I have CWRA set in the CDB and HTD FNA and FBD in the CLS of the set. Can someone tell me what I'm missing?

Do you have SWA in the CLS?

I suppose your Meridian Mail number is 6667 ! try this put in cls sfa .

Thanks Wolfi but I tried that and it still don't work... We upgraded our PBX to rlse 25.40 recently. Could it be the prob? Cause before, I never had that problem... The first prob is that after 4 rings, the call don't go to mail and the second prob is that if the user is both busy on is prime DN and is CWT key, the caller gets a busy tone instead of going to mail...

Can't figure it out...

Make sure that MARP is activated. If you ext appears on more than one phone and MARP is not activated it can cause a lot of headaches. However if this system has been in place a long time and you activate MARP it can really cause problems. Is the ext on more than 1 phone and is MARP activated?

Found the problem guys. Well actually, I reported the problem to our local phone cie and they had to install a patche. It you upgrade to rlse 25.40, make sure you have the following patche installed otherwise you will definitely have prob with Call Waiting: P17718_1.CP3
