It just happened again to this user a few minutes ago.. and the 2 "new" messages that just appeared in his mailbox were from June 21 and November 18.. almost 6 months ago.

I do have tons of defunct mailboxes that still have old messages. I'll try clearing those out first. Strange that it would only be 1 person, though.. unless everyone else is just ignoring it.

Slightly related: What does Rise 01 mean? The card I've got that failed is a NT8D09AK Rise 01. The refurbished replacements I can find look like they say Rise 13 on the front (hard to tell from an enlarged photo). Do I need to make sure the Rise # is the same on the replacement?
