Do I need to do anything special to have the QCC ring to a voice mail box if no one picks up? I have the QCC in group 30 and I have created a mailbox for it but the call will not ring to voice mail. Thanks in advance wpski

I found thie problem it was a transfter only extenioons. this has really not been my week! I was able to add the mailbox but the mailbox still will not pickup the call just keeps ringing. any thoughts
