Extension Transfer

hello. I have a extension that will not transfer calls to anywhere. does anyone have an idea what may be the cause of this

swap out the phone first, make sure you don't have a faulty telephone. Also make sure the phone has at least two intercom or system access buttons assigned to it.

Make sue yuo have a button programmed as SA-Orig, this is used for transferring out. If not there.... TipHelp@charter.net

I reinitalized the voice mail box and eveything seems to be working ok now. as for the transfer issue. that was a user problem
