mailbox entension

Hello
I have a mailbox extension that is not showing up in the admin program but when I try to re add I get the error that the extension is already assigned. calls that go to this extension also do n ot reach any voice mail box.

I found thie problem it was a transfter only extenioons. this has really not been my week!
I was able to add the mailbox but the mailbox still will not pickup the call just keeps ringing. any thoughts

Assuming this is a Legend system, did you add the new extension to call coverage group 30? Brian Cox

that was it I found that it was not in coverage group 30 thanks for your help!!!
