Is there an easy way to enter a wildcard for a Stored Procedure Parameter (int or nvarchar)?
I have the following params:
@CompanyID int,
@DateFrom datetime,
@DateTo datetime,
@VendorID int,
@SiteID nvarchar,
@ServiceTypeID int
and criteria:
HAVING SubUtilCurrent.ClientID = @CompanyID...
Yep. It was an NTFS permissions issue, but not easily noticed. The default ASP page had another page that it referenced. The user didn't have access to this other page...
Thanks for the help.
wow!
I like this tool alot.
It seems a little slow when searching through a large network. Like you said, it looks at each computer.
This is probably the closest I will get to finding what I want. Thanks for the info.
I appreciate your replies and both are good tips for viewing users. But I am looking for something more.
The WINS will show the active pc's, but not the users that are logged into them.
The network shares/sessions will only show me the users that are actively working with files on a specific...
Is there an easy way to find out where users are logged in, on a Windows 2000 domain?
For example, I can NET SEND [user account] and then use NBTSTAT -c to find out what IP address the user is logged into.
Is there a better way or a utility out there for this?
Thanks,
Beau
I have an IIS 4 Server on an NT domain that has a website with a secure folder in it. This folder is an NTFS directory under the website's main folder. It is secured with ntfs folder/file permissions that are granted to specific users. This NT4 server is on our old NT domain, and we have new...
We have 2 domains while we are migrating from NT to 2000. Our 2000 domain is a native domain with no NT workstations or servers. All users are on Win2k workstations.
Some of the recently migrated users (win2k pro) have stated that their access to email (Exchange Clients) is much faster than...
We have several T1 connections to the CO. Some T1's are for phone traffic (local and long distance), some are for point-to-point circuits to remote facilities, and some are for Internet access. Everytime there is expansion, we get another SmartJack added to the wall and another T1 circuit is...
Well, finally found the problem. It was hardware related after all. 2 out of the 3 switches were loosing packets through their fiber modules.
Thanks Jeter
We use Polycom's over 1601, 1605, and 2600 routers. All seem to work well across our T1 links. Just depends on what else you have going on.
The 1600 will work just fine, but it is 10Mbps Half Duplex on the ethernet links (so, if you have ALOT of traffic, may need to upgrade). Your best bet...
The only reason that I haven't tried the crossover between the routers is because about 6 routers are connected across 3 different switches. All of these routers are showing this error.
We have several point-to-point T1 connections to our remote facilities. Each of these sites are connected via 1600 series routers. We have OSPF running between all routers with different Areas for each of the remote sites.
I just started reviewing network statistics and noticed several OSPF...

We have USERS setup in Active Directory with the following standard: [NAME] = Doe, John ... [Display Name] = John Doe.
The Global Address List is using the names from the Display Name field; therefore, not sorting by Last Names. Is there any way to setup the GAL to use [NAME] instead of...
