If the floppy disk drive formats properly in MS-DOS however does not format in Windows it is likely that Windows or a program within Windows is preventing the floppy drive from working. Attempt to End task all...
Check out this site. Since you have not given a BIOS type, it would be impossible to properly identify the problem from the POST code you listed. Here is a site worth looking at for troubleshooting POST and BIOS codes

I have the Soyok7 dragon board. You can install the raid drivers and the ata drivers for the other 2 ata connectors whether or not you use them. Make sure your raid is disabled on the board with the appropriate jumper settings, refer to the manual. I have a zip installled on the secondary set...
A friend has an older system, running win98. Although she chooses the shutdown dialog, the computer will go to reboot. She has not been able to get the machine to shutdown on it's own. It may be a motherboard issue (its 5 yrs old).
Any comments would be appreciated.

Did you play with any settings in the BIOS or just the hardware? When you don't set the slave and master jumpers on the drives they will not be recognized properly, I have never seen incorrect settings disrupt video.

Generally the cable will have a red line designating the #1 pin position. The drive on the rear should have the pins numbered i.e. 1 and 40. Make sure the red line on the cable is in the number one position on the drive and MoBo (the board should have the #1 and #40 position numbered as well.)...
I have been in this discussion before :-) . There does not seem to be any longterm problems with leaving the system on 24/7, in fact some would argue that turning it on and off is more damaging to the system because of the power surge. This is provided that the system unit is well ventilated...
I have had this issue with cards that are not compatible with the board. You can try booting up in Safe Mode by striking the F8 or CTRL key before the screen says "Starting Windows" If you can boot to the desk top, then you want to disable hardware acceleration in the Display...
I used the norton tool to remove the virus sircam, however it didn't restore the rundll32.exe. The machine I was working on is running Win95. Can I use the clean copy of rundll from my win98 machine and install it on the 95 machine?
Thanks,
Joelee
