    your problem comes from registry entries from your old ezcd program. simply uninstalling doesn't help much. I had this problem and could never solve it. Recording software doesn't like to "play with the other kids on the playground". even Nero will recognise adaptec or roxio software...

    Mulga is right...the .bmp will be on it's own in the C:\windows folder. once you have opened this folder, go to the view menu and choose to arrange icons by type. this will put all the bitmaps together. you should have no trouble finding it then.... good luck
