Every time i restart Win 98 the program folder pops up.
I want to know how to get rid of it?

there are two places that I can think of to check.
go to start\programs\startup
see if the programs folder is listed here and delete it if it is...restart and see what happens.
the other thing you can check is:
start\run...type msconfig and click ok.
when the system configuration utility opens, click on the startup tab. this is where everything that opens at windows start up is listed. if your programs folder is listed, just uncheck it, click ok and you will be informed the system will now reboot.
hope this helps...
