Does the R3 ( old box on the wall ) have a history of a peoblem with the message waiting lamps staying on after all messages have been deleted. I am not asking about a recent history but going back to when they were new.
ACS 308 ( only ) with a PC VM card with 10 mB's on it. What exts. are assigned to the PC card. First system I have encountered with the PC card and not the modules.
this was part of a used system. the only thing missing from any of the Partner Messaging programs is an easy way to Centrex transfer directly from the users mailbox like Call Pilot will allow.
Oh well looks like they will not release any new Partner Mail updates from what I hear.

Have a client with a 616. They take reservations and are getting busier and are in need of a full ACD enviroment.
I was tld that we cna add a Call Pilot and ACD software or purchase the software key for ACD Pro.

What will happen if in this 3 line hunt group the station users dial 9 from three sets. Will they only get one of these lines or will they be able to still access all three lines even if I assign one to Pool-B.

So for example on Partner the customer can dial a line access code to access a specific line.
Is there such a thing on Meridian? If they just pick up the I/C and dial lets say 64X ( x is the the line number ) they woudl then get dial tone for that line?
Can I allow all sets to dial out on all lines in lets say pool 1 and then also assign line 1 to pool 2 and use a feature code and button to access line 1 when they press that button?
Or what if I assign line one to a dial out code of 8 as well as 9.

Just so I am up to speed on the speakerphone issue. Did not the BS-10 replace the older 8 button with a usable full duplex speakerphone?
I believe the older 8 buttons had a touch pad membrance and had to have an actual external speakerphone unit connected with a cable.
Using 410's with BIS-10's. The speakerphone on all the phones will not work. My customer can hear the caller thru the speaker but they can not hear the customer.
I have tried to turn on and off the MIC button but no good. Is this a wiring issue?
I am using FP-1 in the 410's.
