It's OK It was neither the RGU nor the initialization!!! The problem was on the power supply unit, T changed it and the problem was gone!!! It seems like the power unit was giving a low voltage to the RGU maybe, so that the ring voltage was low. It may be helpful to know that!!! Thanks a lot
