i think you have to clean the drive by clen tape if you did that already may you need to reinstall your backup software and your driver backup if all of this does not work i think there is electromichnical problem in your tape drive best wishes

every time i reset my server the exchange service does not work and give me error and when i reinsert the administrator password in the exchange service it is work i do not know why the password changed or the the exchange can not see it correctlly any way is there any one have any idea about...

actully yes it is pdc and it is 2000 server and i have one templete for the policy in the domain controller what is install in the DNS and the path for this policy it is all exist and the permission oon this folder it is corret but the error still exist every five minutes.
