Does their side say "Message sent successfully to xxx" X being your computer name? It could be they aren't doing something write. Go to cmd prompt and type "net send (computer name) "Text of message" then hit enter. Example:

net send ws10 Hey Bob, how are you?

ME

it is give me the message arrive successfully but it was not

Right click on My Computer - manage-action-alltasks-send console message in message box type something in add box type computer name both: Yours(loop - self test) and some other computer .Then click send, You will see who is not connected to a network and probably why.

i try this and it is give me the message arrive corectlly but actully it was not arrive

Go to computer management- services ;find Messanger right click open properties and check all settings and dependencies. Also check settings for RPC and Workstation services.
