I have 4 3720 phones the base stations are IPBS2-C4/1B1 (the ones with the external antennae). Not exceeding the number of phones here. As the system has started to settle in now we are not merging so many changes and since then the phones have not been losing their registrations either. I do...

    IP Dect 3720 keep unregistering

I only have two base stations but before we introduced the second base station unit we had problems with phones losing their registration. So I cannot see it being to do with roaming between the base stations. It appears to be something between the Primary base station and the IPO controller.

    IP Dect 3720 keep unregistering

Never got to the bottom of it. Had an Avaya Tech support rep (actually from Avaya) come to my office for a different issue and I asked him about these DECT issues and I was told that there is a problem but they are not actually sure of the cause. Some theories are to do with auto registration (I...

Busy Not Available Reason Codes not showing in One-X Portal or CCR

you need to change one of your users in the one-x portal to be a manager. You then need to enter the user details (username and password as set in the IPO) you have used in your CCR configuration see pages 44 and 45 of the implementing IP Office Customer Call Reporter guide to get this working.

We have the same issue where we really want to turn direct media off too. We have a very strict firewall policy and only allow the port ranges through the firewall to the Voice network which causes problems if the user is trying to call another user who is out of the office on the VPN or if...

    96xx speakerphone issue

Hi, about six weeks ago we migrated from an IP412 with DT handsets to IP500v2 with 9630 handsets. I have had several complaints from users that the speakerphone is not as good as the old DT handsets. The largest complaint that I get is that users are telling me that the remote party cannot...

    One-X outlook plugin

amriddle01 they sync their mobile phones to outlook via active sync so the numbers are used across both the mobile phones and via outlook in the office. I think I will have to see what I can make short codes do unless anyone has any examples of these short codes.

    One-X outlook plugin

The reason is that our guys travel outside of europe so you are not guarenteed that the international exit code from that country will be 00.

    9630g Upgrade Issue

@montyzummer yes that was a typo. :-) @mattKnight Thank you for your pointer to the document from Avaya. However the document talks about 3.11 to 3.17 however the phones were already on 3.17 and it looks like we are trying to downgrade them rather than upgrade them. Would you agree?
