    The two PBXs are on the same building, just connected with a Cat6 cable (switch to Switch). I'm sending the 9. the outside numbers are 9 digits starting with 9. That is why the short code is 9XXXXXXXX this short code is working on the IPO phones.

    ThankYou I know that one it is for A SSC Card. My Rel 7.6 uses a CP-MGC. The backup with the EDD goes to a Pen Drive.
