Both sites has a pri they want to use both PRI in the event that one site goes down thay can still access PSTN.

I have a day menu with options 1-9 to different departments that works fine. But if i want to dial an extention , lets say 6xxx when i'm in the menu I get a message saying I cannot dial this extention its restricted. Where do I need to look to enable me to dial ectentions when im in the menu.
If its a BCM a 4.0 you will need to press flash *807 to draw second dial tone and flash *3 to join the parties. If its a lower version Flash *2 and Flash *3 should do it.
