We have a Polycom Soundstation2 (analog version) plugged into the BCM with an ATA2 adapter attached to it. I am trying to place a conference call by following the instructions in Polycom user manual. Somehow it doesn't seem to work as I can't place the second call. Does the BCM support multi-party calling in such a setup? Is there anything that may need to be configured on the BCM to support this feature?
Thanks in advance.

If its a BCM a 4.0 you will need to press flash *807 to draw second dial tone and flash *3 to join the parties. If its a lower version Flash *2 and Flash *3 should do it.

How about an RCA model 25001RE2 phone? We are putting in a BCM 50 and they currently have some old Panasonice system. Anyone ever see that?

If you are running 4.0 on the BCM go to Auto Hold in Capabilities and change it from no to yes.
