I have been getting this error "ERROR HAPPENED. ERROR DETAIL: INVALID KEYCODE FILE. I HAVE UP LOADED THE FILE AND TRIED TO DO IT MANUALLY SAME ERROR. It only happens on the BCM 50 2.0 and this is the 6th time it has happened. Any suggestions.
Problem Resolution
Contrary to the client installation instructions indicated in the Installation Wizard, all versions of BCM Element Manager and/or Nortel Business Element Manager previous to Version 2.05c.0 will have to be removed for application of keycode files to function correctly on BCM50 R2 platforms
To un-install all versions of Nortel Business Element Manager from the client computer, select the Windows Control Panel and remove any previous installations of Element Manager using the Add or Remove Programs utility.
