I have also found that a CI card can be used as far back as an 8X24 with a 12X0 cabinet. 6.1 software wasn't out for the 8X24 so I don't see why it wouldn't work with a MICS with 5.0 software?
I haven't found anything that says the software must be 6.1 or higher. They have 5.0 software and I believe I have installed CLID in systems with 4.1 in the past and it worked. Is there a link you can give me to read up on the software requirement? Thanks

Hello, can I change the default auto-attendant on a PC mail large card from ext 10 to ext 13 ect? I want it to default to my customers ext choice rather than ext 10 when a caller does not choose an ext. Can this be done with the card?
Yeah, I checked #310 and it is assigned. Like I said the main greeting answer's and when you choose any ext the generic greeting answer's and say's the party you are calling is not available ect. Why am I not able to hear there personel greeting?

Thanks, not sure of the release at this point but I can upgrade it if needed. They do not have a line pool they have just 4 lines, so I would direct it say to line 4 (004) is that correct?

The hunt group 7 ext's would be 30 & 31. That is correct. The ACS is through ext 17 and the 308 adds 8 to make it ext 25 and you add 6 ext's for the VM module so that would be 31. Power down the system and slide your upgrade card in and assign mailboxes as needed.
