    Elan Issue

It was my intention to Name it Call Pilot in the PBX so I would know what it is connecting to. I decided to start over with the Call Pilot and reran the configuration Wiz for the entire process and it is now up and enabled, the acd sets are acquired as is the cdn. Now if I call my mailbox...

    Elan Issue

Okay I changed the IP on the PBX to 172.16.0.0 and the Call Pilot to 172.16.0.0 and it is still the same. My ELAN hub seems fine, I have good lights and if I ping or reboot I see the activity on the hub. I have no leading digits of 0, all are position id's of 15xx and scn of 14xx built on 2008...

That info is posted above correctly, and the CP does have the correct IP for the PBX.

I have disabled and enabled it a few times, ini'd more times than I can count as well :) John are you saying I need to add the CP IP? would that be 117 also?

    Elan Issue

The PBX itself is not on the Clan, the Clan works fine between the CP and the client PC.

    Elan Issue

I am not that lucky but thanks! I have ini'd a few times and also rebooted CP, nothing brings it up that last bit. BTW this is CP 3.0 and Succession 4.0 if that makes any difference.

    Elan Issue

I ping the actual IP, in this case it is 47.25.25.25 for the PBX and 47.25.25.24 for the Call Pilot. I did the chg elnk active name and also the update db, everything comes back ok.

    question to johnpoole...

In that case I would build the first, then in the script just program the return and build them, that way only 1 needs manual attention, it's fun to build 200 phones and not touch the keyboard lol

    Elan Issue

Yes I can ping the CP in ld 117, elan stat says elan enabled but doesn't have an IP address, only 0.0.0.0 layer 7 disabled, I will get the actual captures tomorrow.

    question to johnpoole...

I have a script to build how many ever phones you want, it pulls the info from an Excel spreadhseet, so building 200 phones is easy, I have had to tweak it on every switch I use it on but I use it to build phones, I can manipulate it to build anything really, just pay attention to the fields on...

    Elan Issue

I'll post those in the morning when I get them again.

    Elan Issue

Both of those are programmed, the call pilot says can't find MAS something then sleeps for 30 over and over

    Elan Issue

I am installing a new option 11 with a Call Pilot, I can ping the Option 11 from the Call Pilot, but the Elan won't come up, it is enabled.

    Programming question

The ATT data? I don't even have a console, I looked through that but don't really see what I need there. I tried going to 87 but it tells me CDP data block does not exist, I am trying new but it wont do it.

    Programming question

I am programming a new Option 11, it won't let me add the NPS, nnx in load 90, when I tell it net, it tells me net data block not built, where do I build that?

    BCM Solution possible?

Use the ACD feature on a call pilot with the BCM, then they can enter a code ( just logging into their queue) and the calls will route to them.

    Line Side T1 cards

When I added new Line Sides the last time I was told Nortel recommends starting with the even # slot, so it would go in 0and 1, or 2 and 3, etc.

How many T1's can be on Option 11

We just ordered an Option 11 configured by Nortel with 5 PRi's in the first cabinet, so there are at least that many now.
