Once I'm in "Groups" and set up my columns the way I want them, I notice if I go close ACT, the columns will not be the way I wanted them. It replaces them back to the default view.
Anyone have any experience using CRMaddons Sales Automation Manager? We have agents who recieve calls and would like to create a more automated follow up procedure. Like most sales organizations, our agents are having a difficult time with the follow up on prospects we didn't sell. We have a...
Is it possible to have two databases opened on one computer?
We would like to have a "Prospect" database and a "Customer" database opened at the same time on one computer. Is there a program that would allow this to happen?
