When you reply (or forward) there are four tabs to the left. The third one down (options Tab) has a switch on it called 'Rich text(html)'. Switch this off for that email.

I haven't heard of one, and I'd have to say that it's unlikely. GoldMine links to MS Word via specific DDE (Dynamic Data Exchange) code written for that purpose. I would suspect that it wouldn't work unless it was custom written for Star Office.
Perhaps someone else will have a better answer...
I'm sorry to admit I may not be following what you've done here, but here is my guess.
Check the GM.ini file before you restore your data files. The reference may be there to point your Idapi32= to another location, causing your error.

It sounds to me like you are loosing the ICON's not the macros. If this is so, you can just re-apply the macro button. You can also sometimes just log back in and the tool bar will re-appear. GoldMine also has a feature that you can turn off - undocking the tool bar.
