When you reply (or forward) there are four tabs to the left. The third one down (options Tab) has a switch on it called 'Rich text(html)'. Switch this off for that email.

Hope this helps!.... MarkThudium@BetterSalesNow.com

First of all thanks for both of your response, sorry I didn’t explain myself good enough what happens is that it becomes an HTML code and here is an example:
& ;nbs p; ; ; <TABLE WIDTH=&quot;100%&quot; STYLE=&quot;font-family: Arial;&quot;><TR><TD>This e-mail address was designed for the delivery of information only. Please do not send responses to this address since we cannot guarantee that your e-mail will be received. Please call 888-859-4015 with questions or to take further action. Thank you.</TD></TR><TR><TD>&nbsp;</TD></TR>& amp; lt;TR><TD><TABLE WIDTH=&quot;100%&quot;><TR ALIGN=&quot;right&quot;><TD>Package # 2654578</TD></TR><TR ALIGN=&quot;right&quot;><TD>September 10, 2003</TD></TR><TR ALIGN=&quot;right&quot;><TD>11:09 AM</TD></TR></TABLE></TD></TR><TR ALIGN=&quot;center&quot;><TD STYLE=&quot;font-size: x-large; font-weight: bold;&quot;>BISYS Retirement Services</TD></TR><TR ALIGN=&quot;center&quot;><TD STYLE=&quot;font-size: x-large; font-weight: bold;&quot;>Merrill Lynch (E)
Before this was a regular email and when replying this is what happens to it.

TIA
