sorry, 3300 mitel 9.x
no programming changes have been made. The error popped up this AM, and I noticed trouble on the T1 span. I changed a pair and none of the alarms cleared. There are two PRIs working here, and both are up and running.
over my lunch break a new error popped up.
ISDN...
I repaired a t1 PRI span for my customer, but I still have an alarm. when I pull up the alarm it shows digital link unavailable, even though the pri is in use and working. I also had a netsync source alarm, which I cleared. Anyone know what is going on?
we killed the ladys voice. The avaya guy said he didnt change anything but it looks clear to me that he is sending digits now. For some reason yesterday I was inserting a 0, so I took that out and absorbed none. anyways, it works now, and looks a lot cleaner.
I made a little bit of headway into my problem.
some more detail here. The avaya has a feature code of 1148 to hit the pri and come to my 3300. I have tried to absorb 4 digits and insert a local extension and was unsuccessful.
I ran a ccs trace for when I call in from the avaya and here...
Sorry thats the standard way it works. You don't want callers to hear the Auto Attendant then don't send calls there."
Interesting. Where else could I send the call besides an operator? if the other pbx sends digits can I send it straight to an extension?
Hey, I have a 3300 here 9.0.0.41
When another system (not a Mitel) calls in over their PRI, they get what I think is a transfer voicemail node, a ladies voice comes on and prompts you to enter the desired extension, etc. How can I determine which extension or number this prompt is coming from...
thread1329-1557881
Im going from a g700 gateway to a Mitel 3300 over pri. I've referenced a thread from a year ago that I never really resolved. The avaya guy, in Anchorage, wants to press his access code and hear dial tone, or be able to instantly press the mitel users extension and connect...
I cant make the phone pick up a couple lines just by picking up the handset. I have two lines, appear and ring in pool a. I have the set prime to pool a. handsfree auto hf answerback = y. I realize at this point my problem is that the lines arent ringing on the particular set and I think it is...
Could you put them in a pickup group and tell them to hit call pickup if they hear that particular set ringing?
Thats what I did at a customer of mine.
Can someone please explain SWCA to me, though. I see the options in my BCM but I dont know what it does.
I have a 3300 fed by some analog lines and when the 3300 grabs a line, it seems that it is dumping out the digits too fast. Ive tried inserting a pause and it doesnt help. the carrier system that provides analog dial tone from the phone co. is too old to take the digits that fast. is there a...
the red light above the LED display does not light when its on DND.
Its for inside a court room, so the judges assistant is there taking notes and calls from internally, and they dont want the ringing to disturb the proceedings. I just took the phone apart and clipped the damn speaker and...
BCM 450, two 7316 sets. the customer is a court and would like to recieve calls internally through the flashing light only. I can assign a target line and get it to appear only, but internal calls will not volume down all the way.
any alternatives?
Good stuff, thanks. It's up and working. Now I just have to take it down to the customer and install it. Someone at my company is a bad ass salesman, because this 450 is going in and only using 28 digital stations.
They are only purchasing 10 trunks on the t1, what is the best way to...
