I've had no problem with the SP1 file. The msp extension is short for Microsoft Patch or Windows Installer Patch. Installs without a glitch on Windows XP. You may need to search the Microsoft websites to ensure that you have all the latest software upgrades installed for Windows.

Search on the Corel web site, I downloaded a WP File Fix utility that seems to fix this problem for me. This sems to happen occassionally with Win 98 or Win XP and WP9 or higher. If you can't find the utility I could dig it out.
