Hi, We have a Citrix MetaFrame XP server. This server accesses a set of files over the network from a third server (NT 4.0).
Every once in a while something happens on the citrix server (unable to pin point what is causing it) and we start seeing "Please make sure that the disk is in the...
Guys is there a procedure out there for renaming a server on which CE 8.5 is installed?
I ran into lots of problems after renaming the machine. The main problem has been that APS still wants to hang on to the old name.
I wanted to find out if 8.5 and 9.0 CE can co-exist on the same server?
Is it possible at all? Are there any known issues? Is there any documentation to do this?
Hi,
Well the interesting part is that it gives an error "Cannot Open SQL Server" and then upon refresh gives another error "Crystal report print engine error" and upon next refresh GIVES THE CORRECT DATA ( A subset of the main report).

I have a condition in Oracle SQL:
Field_name between :DateParameter and :DateParameter + 365
How do I do this in Crystal so that CR passes it to the SQL where clause?
I totally agree, I dont like crsytal. It almost seems it has a brain of its own.
Try this -- make your sub-report an on-demand sub report for grins to see if crashes.
All of a sudden crystal reports stops sending SQL Conditions to the where clause and no matter how simple of a condition you set up it does not send it to the database. As a result, Crstal retrives all the records first and then applies the conditions. This is causing the performance to go...

Is there anyway that I can limit the broadcast message sent by a server to just the domain it belongs to.
I also use a software called IPMonitor. I am not sure if this is the trouble maker.
Please advice.
Thanks,
Prakash.
